In the US you have ~10% chance of any "success" in a divorce (success = not being screwed and getting custody of children). Divorce and Child Custody. ~80% of divorces are initiated by wife, and in Texas wife is awarded child over 80% of the time (men get child less than 10% of the time; relatives have as much chance if getting child as father).
