No problem, it's a very well tolerated drug with little to no side effects when used when required (as per my earlier example; just before a show or public speaking etc.) It's one of those drugs that simply does what it says on the tin, amd is much safer than Benzodiazapiens e.g. Xanax / Vallium, in the long run. My pleasure.

Hey friend, just as an aside, if blushing / sweating and redness in the face is still a problem for you, (or whoever else is reading this message) speak to your GP about a drug called Propranolol. It works by reducing all physiological effects of anxiety I. E shaking of the hands, flushed face, higher heart rate etc. but will not help with the mental aspect unfortunately. It is prescribed often for musicians for stage fright and the like. Just a shout.

Exactly, place any Kraver against any other martial artist and they will almost certainly lose, but then that is not what it is for. Krav is for when you get started on outside a gas station by someone, or the slightly overweight person gets jumped by a junkie from the shadows, or for a small girl defending against a potential rapist. Its not and never has been for a one on one against a kick boxer. It is for the average civilian to know basic self defence and disengagement. So much hate but I t…

Hmm I would have to disagree there. 90% of Krav looks shit compared to mauy thai etc which is a lot more fluid. There are some really effective techniques for beginners and goes really well when cross - trained with something else. People under pressure going to a lesson once a week are not going to remember techniques with any sort of complexity, which krav builds on by being as simple as possible. Anyway OP get yourself into as many different gyms as you can and see which one fits you. There's…

Find a good Krav Maga gym around your area. Hell, find a good Boxing gym too and train both, but Krav is great for its efficency/effectiveness and ease to learn for novices. Make sure that your trainer and the gym is legit however as there tends to be a lot of Mcdojos for this discipline. The only reason I would be wary of boxing is your head is going to get smacked up a lot (and your going to need that later on I would think!). Just to add on, boxing is great for actually fighting, whereas Krav…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
