I had something very similar happen to me but in Australia, i lost in court having spent many thousands of dollars and months in limbo. I'm sorry this is happening to you, i feel for you and hope you get justice though I really wouldnt expect any.

Can't agree enough! My marriage started going downhill fast after my wife at the time joined a female only mountain bike club, over the following months she became more and more militant feminist. I'd come home from taking the kids out, or from work or shopping to find them chatting around the dining room table, as i walked in the talking would stop instantly and they would just shift uncomfortably or stare at me until i left the room.
