That's not a thing. Since the crime took place in the state of New Jersey I found this to be appropriate. I did a search on that page for 'felony' and found this: NJ: Driving While Suspended in New Jersey Can Be a Felony and ...most provisions of driving while suspended are in the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Code at N.J.S. 39:3-40. I knew a guy that slapped a woman and he got two years probation, 1 year anger management, 24 hours jail, and fined. There are religions that do it purely for religious reasons and it has nothing to do with medical reasons. I would say it's religion that needs to change because circumcision is no longer the standard. My parents, one Mormon the other Baptist, had it done to my brother and myself strictly out of their own selfish religious needs. Leave it to religions to condone infant penis mutilation. Even in my forties I still feel violated on many levels.
