1	Ways to help men? I know but I've found r/mensrights to be less than productive as well. I'm not sure where or how to have these issues discussed seriously. I've unsubscribed men's rights and will probably not involve myself further. Seems like any meaningful progress is insultingly minuscule, we yell and fight and nothing changes. International men's day came and went with little more than cruel jokes from most people. 0	Ways to help men? Yea there's not much out there. I'd encourage you to check out "the red pill" documentary if you haven't; it may be possible to reach out to some of those people via social media. It's headlines like this preventing the serious and open discussion on the real issues of gender equality.
