2	Separated for a 5 days You will be OK, know that. I was where you are, I couldn't eat, sleep or even go to work. I had a very understanding boss though. I am eight months in now and I look back at myself and can't believe how far I have come. It takes time, self care and patience. Don't try and fix everything all at once. I tried to and it was disastrous, it is a marathon, not a sprint. As everyone always says, go to the gym, run, swim, ride bikes, whatever takes your fancy, the endorphins are great.
