1	Is this a thing now? The comment was a novel reference to how large his head was. It could be claimed some would find it not funny, fair enough. But the comment did not incite violence or promote violence. How that can be inferred without inventing unproven motive is troubling. The ban is suggestive of the creeping polarizing and censorial rhetoric in the US.
