Lifting for me is more than building muscles to impress chicks. The iron teaches you many things and one of them is to attack your weaknesses. First day you try to do Front Squats, you realise you have no wrist mobility, tight lats, tight ankles, tight hips and you can't even squat an empty bar going deep enough in proper rack position.
