Finding myself in certain states of mind led me to some Buddhist ideas that I didn't know were Buddhist until other people brought it up (as I'm sure is the case for many others). Don't tell them to be quiet, simply let them bubble up. As Alan Watts said, trying to quiet your thoughts is like trying to flatten ripples on a lake with an iron. 2	How to build sexual confidence when I haven't had it for so long? That's awesome, man! My job is also pretty physical, so I understand how getting to the gym sometimes can be difficult. Sometimes having a cup of green tea with some fruit (and a clean diet with minimal sugar and caffeine anyway) after work can help pick your energy back up. Learning programming is an excellent choice! That'll add value to you for sure if you're career-minded with it. Use the job to afford the time you spend building your career, that's what I'm doing.
