Okay. When does conciseness appear? Can it be pinpointed, or is it kind of open to interpretation (and who's interpretation should the law adhere to?). Also related, if you are unconscious (and thus have no consciousness for an unknown period of time), are you still protected by law from being killed? Just practical questions for discussion.

I was assuming the guy wasn't taking care of his kids. It would be pretty crazy to go to jail for not paying but you watch and take care of your kids (if it's a mutual agreement especially so).

As per should a man marry a woman who doesn't work. I think it's pretty ideal if the mother/father wants to focus on the kids and you can afford it with the other one working. I trust my wife more than anyone else, so it's ideal.

Tragic, not fair, and shouldn't be legal of course! No argument here. However being in jail for not paying support doesn't automatically grant you martyr status. If you actually abandon your kids (yours) I have little issue saying that you are making an awful choice to abandon your responsibilities, but you shouldn't be put in jail. I can say you should NOT be put in jail while also saying "cant" and "wont" support are two different things.

I never said it was a crime. I actually specifically said you shouldn't go to jail, twice. You should be held financially responsible (no crime need be created for this). Doesn't seem like you read my comment. If the rights of a fetus do not trump the rights of its mother But the right to not be killed does indeed trump the right to kill. The government didn't make anyone pregnant. In any of this is the right to not be killed considered? Or do mother's have the right to choose unilaterally weather or not their child has the right to life? Pregnancy happens due to sex. Forced organ donation happens due to a totalitarian government or criminal assualt. Its not the same and using analogy doesn't bring any clarity it just confuses two different situations. Why use analogy? I am talking about Pregnancy. Pregnancy is not analogous to forced organ donation. Not being able to kill your child is not the same as the government strapping you to a table and removing your organs. Pregnancy is a direct result from your actions, the other is unprovoked assault.

A baby's body is not a woman's body. They are district people, who for about 9 months share a biological connection. Pregnancy isn't punishment, I never said it was, because I don't believe that. It's a biological conciquence of sex.

I would agree that there are some times when you have to choose between the mothers life and the child's life in which case I'm okay with however she chooses. Unfortunately the law isn't written to allow just these edge cases, but more generally allows it without medical reasons.

Citation needed for sex leading to pregnancy. Any biology book. Plus any source that accuracy describes the effectiveness of contraception (less than 100%). I agree with you on some organ failure, which is why alcoholics don't get on the liver transplant list. You can't pretend that having sex isn't a choice and using contraception is a choice to accept the risk that it may fail. Rape is obviously not consensual, still doesn't make killing an innocent okay.

Ask questions with interesting answers. Whats the most bigoted Men's Rights stance? Ask what the rights of men has to do with rape. Just basically force them to detail their position and go from there.
