86 kg for 6 ft, fat% <=10% I'll take it you either turned in your natty card or just think you have way lower bodyfat than you actually do. Single digit bodyfat looks freaky. Plus half the time you're going to be wearing a shirt so unless you are running some crazy steroids you look pretty thing. 12-15% bodyfat is fine.

It's easier since meat has all essential amino acids. Also it tastes good. I dont think veganism is bad but some people think they'll lose weight if they don't eat any animal products. I've seen this fail many times because plenty of fat heavy processed foods are vegan. Think about chips for example. If you go on a whole food vegan diet however, the amount of fiber in plants will pretty much guarantee you'll be in a caloric deficit.

Meat eaters get too much protein People get too many calories in general Everything has protein in it Not every has protein in it. What do you think gorillas and bulls eat to get big That is a stupid appea…

If you are at all interested in politics, 1984. I've also heard good things about atlas shrugged and fountainhead but those are huge books (1168 pages for atlas shrugged)

The US is known for over prescribing medication and Adderall is desirable in college environments since it's amphetamine and helps with concentration.

I heard about it when it was about to be banned by Reddit admins. I was following numerous anti censorship subreddits closely and when the announcement that trp was going to be banned came out, I came here to see what this is all about.

Have you read anyo of the sidebar books? For me the book of pook just made everything click. You can't be worrying about how you look or what others think about you when you're always having fun

You are probably thinking about Art of manliness look over the skills in the table of contents and see what interests you. My advice is to not use anything on seduction from the book. It's worth mentioning that this is not about masculinity as a concept and way of life as much as it is about masculine skills

One of the best strong female characters was Emily in Dishonored 2. She was introduced organically in the game, players weren't forced to choose her, there is a reason she has her powers, she isn't invincible. I think she may be one of the best female leads in a video game
