2	Just need some validation/confirmation from MRP First, she said we need to make a chore list, which we had discussed doing, so, as i mentioned, I sent her one, and I told her which chores she should do. I know what needs to be done, so I'm doing it, and I'm guiding her to be the First Officer. I agree that these changes are months and years of improvement, but over the last several days I have felt like I did when we met, an alpha, so I don't believe it's improvement.
