This here is worded better, and yeah, I agree with the second part. With the first one, not as much, but it may depend on where you are from. I think that most relationships in teenage years fail because of the lack of communication

If he doesn't want commitment, then he shouldn't be in a relationship and wasting everyone's time. She's not at fault by expecting full commitment when they are in a 1 year relationship.

I'm the same way, I'm that cute person. Although with clothing I can change it easily because of my body but I refuse to. I don't mind it, everyone I talk to ends up liking my personality so I don't really care. But for a boyfriend, you can sometimes wear something "sexy" around the house, bend on purpose while doing something, check yourself half naked in the mirror in front of him etc.

First off, I don't like the terms "high value". The fact that he had a good education and has a good career doesn't show his personality, so maybe you even dodged a bullet of some sort (a lot of guys with good career tend to be egoistic and controlling). And I don't know why are u sad about losing a guy who you didn't even get to know better. And clearly you two are not compatible, so it's good that he saw that and told you the truth.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
