2	First first date in four years Dinner actually wouldn't be my first choice, but she keeps saying, "Let's go to dinner and catch up." She even suggested a specific diner up in the canyon that she wants to go to. I'm fine with that. I've had amazing relationships with girls that started with first date dinners, and while I appreciate that it may not be the absolute ideal first date, it does work for me.
