I gained 10kg of size in 3 months, went from 70kg to 80kg. Strength gains were crazy. I workout less now than I did before TRT and still make better gains. My facial hair filled out from nothing to a full beard.. I did use minoxidil for 6 months also though so not 100% sure what impact the TRT had. I am more confident but I didnt get any improvements to energy levels like some report. My sex drive had no change, but it was high before TRT

I take HCG which means my fertility and testicle size is unaffected. Yes I am on TRT for life. The older you get the more valuable it becomes though as naturally, testosterone levels decline as you age.

normal... sucks but it happens to everyone.. unless the dude is just as boring as her. See it as a good thing that you actually have standards for your excitement haha

My money is on sleep/recovery. Do you really lift heavy 5-6x a week? I don't feel like 5 hours sleep a night is adequate to facilitate recovery from that. I would start taking an extra rest day and work on upping those sleep hours.

I like it. Do you think it's alright to just respond like "Ha.. cute.." and then carry on? Or what about "Damn.. where's my heart eh?"

If you have no training, why would you try to fight? Use this as motivation to pick up martial arts as a hobby. You live in Brazil so obviously Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a solid choice. Forget about that loser who used to pick on you

I'm going to go against the grain here and say that you've handled the situation reasonably and with maturity. I think she's telling you the truth about the Ex.. I don't think asking her to block him was the right move, but it's not terrible either.. If you've been together 4.5 years and this is the worst thing to thing then I'd say your relationship is in a pretty decent spot. My advice would be to shake up your routine a little.. Seems like you spend a lot of time together but it's all 'every …

Just have a normal conversation and stop overthinking it!

You need to keep bulking. It will be hard mentally as you will put on body fat. This is just part of the game. On a positive note, you have decent definition in your shoulders already and your traps look like they might be a genetic strong point for you.

Ok this makes a lot more sense. Thank you for clarifying. When I go on first dates with girls, I naturally become super dominant and I lead everything. This feels normal to me, but I definitely think the alcohol/adrenaline helps with this. It's once I get to feel comfortable with the girl that my frame starts to break. I'll follow her around shopping or allow her to pick out movies for us to watch.. I guess these are beta traits.. I never thought of it that way.. I just thought of it as apathy o…

I have dates set up with other girls and fully intend to have at least 2 plates spinning by the end of June. I want to come from a frame of abundance for any future meets with my Ex. Also I just enjoy fucking new girls.. I am not sure I fully understand your natural channel explanation but thanks for taking the time to write.

Thanks for the actual reply man, appreciated. I am working on other plates and I can't see it being a problem. Already banged another girl and instantly cut it off with her afterwards (didn't want to see her again). I feel like I'm getting my control back. I really need to identify the reasons why I gravitate towards the back seat. I know that I need to be constantly active in my fight against this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
