I'm the only one in my family who can always guess if the angle going into a parking space will work or not. Also guessing measurements and such.

Some days I'm so close to just giving in and reacting violently.

Blow jobs are pretty simplistic, so is going down on a woman. If you know anything about the body that is.

Honestly relationships like that aren't even relationships. I feel for women who stay, but personally I'd be out the door the minute a man acts even vaguely like the men in these posts.

Feeling things is unavoidable, it's just a matter of not letting anything rule you. Trying to subdue anger at the world is difficult though.

That's true, many people aren't forced to understand just how terrible things can be at a young age and believe the rosy view of their future that others give them.

Agreed. I guess I just assume people all do the insane research I do when it comes to making big decisions, but I'm a bit weird.

I'm glad you're on a good path :)

Same. I attracted some crazy people when I was allowing my mental illness to rule my life. I don't blame myself, but I attracted an amazing partner and amazing friends once I gave up on control and healed.

I just hate that they CANNOT accept the proof that they're wrong.

I think it's pretty funny ngl. Looks like something I'd get someone (alongside a proper gift).

I disagree on the birth control bit. If I'm free to never get pregnant that really helps me live a good life. Plus no one can knock me up and make me feel like I need them.

That definitely plays a role, but I think a lot of it is entitlement as men don't want to be equal to us.

I was told to be strong and never cry. I also have a severe mental illness. I have never raped or beat anyone.

Yeah I feel like I can't save a stranger. Because if I say anything she's gonna get beat more later. All my friends know my door is always open if they need me though.

Because I do agree with a lot of the things said too. I'm not 100% into the men must pay for dates aspect but that's because right now I'm not dating so maybe my opinion will change.

I'm also mostly a lurker here because I actually disagree with some of the people here but I stay because it's nice to be surrounded by only women. Apparently men in other countries leave their sick partners a lot less. So maybe there's more to it than it seems. I would imagine men are more likely to bail if their wife or girlfriend can no longer provide sex and cleaning for a long while though. But I cannot say I'd stay if my partner got seriously ill. So I don't want to be a hypocrite.

Sorry about him being a dickwad. I hope to never be in a situation where I'm too financially dependent on someone that I can't leave if they stop helping me. Because I imagine that's why a lot of those women stay, that and love. Love is a weird thing.

Because they 100% know how to use household appliances. Or they either don't want to, or have some weird anger towards them like my dad has for computers. He has a genius IQ and a PhD but can't save files and print them. He's a good guy though, best dad I could have asked for. There are many men who are decent guys who at least are willing to learn how to do household shit. My boyfriend had to teach me how to be a functional person but I wanted to get better as to not burden him with all the emo…

I hate when people act like men who don't do any housework are oblivious. It's deliberate. Plus there are men who actually want to have your back and don't treat you like a bangmaid.

Power probably. No decent guy I know likes women to be unhealthy.

Hurr durr women evil. Ugh those comments. I would date a man who earns less, because realistically I'm more intelligent and I have a higher earning potential than most men. Or like, I could always be single. Men like to blame everything on us instead of the fact that the world THEY built is failing.

There's something wrong with men who are attracted to anorexic women.

Men who don't use condoms can't complain about getting a girl pregnant.

Putting control of birth control into a man's hands is a shit idea. They'll fuck up because it's not important to them. I want to get sterelised though. Soon I hope.

I'm dating a guy and I've been with him for 3 years. I'm also 21 and don't want to marry any time soon. Not getting married after 1 year isn't a big deal if you're young.

People use that excuse to say women are bad at STEM and leadership though. We're not the same, but we're equally capable intellectually.

I think women are more intuitive than men, probably because we need to be. You gotta trust yourself, you know you're right.

Fellow childfree woman. You are more likely to end up single but it's better to be single than destroy your beliefs and wants for a man, or be with a useless dickhead because he doesn't want kids. Focus on building strong friendships with childfree people.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
