1	How women react to getting a generous tip. Don't even try to please them. Choosing to tip is a personal decision, I'm not going to debate that. All I'm saying is that if you choose to eat out, then support businesses that pay their staff a living wage, not ones that don't pay their employees enough. Don't encourage the problem with behaviour that supports it. If someone doesn't support tipping, but continues to eat at places that pay their staff crap wages, they are helping create low paying jobs. Having not closely known anyone who worked at a restaurant until my late 20s, I was unaware of the tipping out to the kitchen thing for the longest time. I learned my tipping habits from my parents, which were a bit outdated.
