Correct her every time. She'll either stop talking to you or, better yet, actually stop doing that. My mom intervened like this when I was saying "like" all the time. He was like, she was like, etc. I eventually broke the habit. You'd be doing this for your sister's good. It's not about you being annoyed, you want her to be better.

I don't have a problem with the passing on the right as long as OP intended to turn. It's not really passing. And, woman driver had left turn signal on right up until she decided to turn right. White car going slow, even if OP was passing it wouldn't have been that bad IMO (I probably would've gotten in the left lane and gone faster to pass white car after the woman turned). What I'm wondering is why OP seems to have kept going after impact. That poor 3rd car in the parking lot.

I was just putting massive deflect issues on those in charge instead of individual officers. Doesn't mean the individual officers shouldn't do their best with what they've got, but in this hypothetical scenario there'd be nothing the officers could do to fix the body cams besides convincing the department heads to buy new ones.

A massive defect would be on the higher ups and/or local officials to fix. You can't not have policing just because body cams don't work. It might be a problem individual officers can't fix. As long as they do what they should and inform their superiors it'd be out of their hands. I don't know if there's ever been widespread defects or not, I'm just saying whose responsibility I think it would be if there were defects "on this scale."

What I don't understand is why colleges are involved in dealing out punishment for or handling what should be, ya know, ACTUAL CRIMES. If rape is an actual crime it should be dealt with as such and handled by actual law enforcement. It shouldn't be handled by bureaucrats at schools.
