The campaign happened, but you can't just go set the IRS off on someone. It's working methods are specifically designed so that people and businesses CAN'T use them for revenge or to take out the competition. An audit is an inconvenience whenever you have dodged your taxes or not, so just calling up the IRS on your squeaky clean ex would be a major hassle.

Yeah agreed, as a man under 5'11" It's a pretty shitty thing for someone to say I shouldn't exist only due to my height. Some people are going to hate any given part of your personality and physiology. Some people hate puppies. Yes, but that's not 100% of the financial responsibility. The desicion to have sex os boths responsibility, the desicion to have an abortion is more lopsided towards the woman because the baby is literally in her body. The financial obligations are split.
