I literally do not know anyone who has been dispossessed of personal property through threat of force. I do know many women who have been raped. I'm just saying, domestic violence often has little evidence... but you have to take it to court. What we supposed to do? Let every victim of domestic violence recant and continue to be beaten and raped until they die. Obviously prosecutors should not charge crimes they cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt. You will be so surprised by the amount of women if you are able to speak to enough and have them open up to you. I am from the liberal west coast, but I am in law school and talk a lot more about issues like this with women from all over the country.
