So most people here are telling you to not plan things and just have fun. Since you mentioned you have social anxiety which I used to suffer from, I'd like to offer a different approach. People who haven't naturally developed the ability to socialize well can benefit greatly from a more structured approach. What you want to do is treat this like a social exercise. pick a few social skills you'd like to practice, eg: building rapport with someone new, introducing yourself well, or good eye contac…

This is a great start, but you need to be aware of the frame you are projecting. If you come off as cold and unfriendly it will cause damage to your relationship. You need to come off as happy, enthusiastic, and a little bit arrogant. So keep that in mind, you are developing into a calm, confident, and capable man. You need to present yourself accordingly. Throw in some passion on occasion (aka love god method) and while she'll know somethings up she won't have anything to complain about.

Don't get frustrated by this. You have to understand that there are just so many low tier women out there who have never needed to learn how to charm a man. Thanks to the hordes of thirsty and desperate guys out there just throwing themselves at these girls. These girls develop an extremely entitled mentality and expect you to follow their lead. In this case you need to firmly establish your own frame and stick to it. She either complies or she gets nexted. Don't feel bad about doing this. This …

I used to fap a lot (2-3 times a day) because I was bored or was doing uninteresting things. In the past few years I've seldom fapped, I just don't have the time or desire. My days are filled with work, gym, sports club meets, drinks with friends, and dating. I usually get laid around 2-4 times a week, which probably helps too. I think what you'll find is that once you fill up your day with productive stuff that you are driven to progress in. Fapping gets pretty boring. I haven't noticed any neg…

Don't do any of that stuff if she isn't really into you, it'll come off as weird. find a semi decent bar close to your place, don't make it a fancy one. If you end up going back to your place it'll make it easier if it's closer. If you don't know anyone there, arrive half hour early and make friends with the bartender. It makes a big difference. Think of a few interesting things at your place for her to come over to see. bounce them off her and see which one she perks up at. that gives her the d…

It sounds like youre drifting. Thats where your apathy is probably coming from. You need to establish personal goals and work towards them. This will allow you to settle in a "camp" and begin to care about those around you. Its called tribalism, look in to it. Itll help.

Usually it's best to drop contact and find better friends. Personally I like my closure. Next time you've got a face to face with him, set him straight. Tell him how annoying and irresponsible his behavior is and because of it you no longer want anything to do with him. I can guarantee all that frustration you're feeling will disappear very quickly.

Am I just a slut by nature because I'm a woman? no, but you are more likely to fall for a better man if the opportunity presents itself. Even if it is a poor choice in the long term. Was I a "conquest" for my SOs father? Was it some sort of test from my SOs father that I ultimately failed by fucking him? Hard to say without knowing his father. You'd have to ask his father about this. Am I just inexperienced with real-life alpha males and ill-equipped to reject his advances? Seems to be the case.…

Just give it time and keep working on it. I had to go through the exact same thing. It gets much better once you internalize it.

Perfectly normal to feel that way, most guys do. While there are intelligent women out there that have put in the effort required to inform themselves on 'deep' topics, they are few and far between. If you need to have common interests with your plates then your best bet is joining clubs that you are interested in and picking up from there. The average girl doesnt want to have chats about intellectual topics, thats not what stimulates them. They want adventures and emotional gossip. So if you go…

So you have two options depending on what you want. First, as recommended on TRP, you should trust your gut instinct. There are reasons you feel she may be cheating even if you cant vocalize them. Dont begin to doubt yourself. You need to emotionally distance yourself from this woman, otherwise she'll just use that to manipulate you. If you still want to sleep with her, then open up the relationship. I.e. plate her. Otherwise physically distance yourself from her completely and move on with your…

It is very important to have more than one plate. It gives you a large degree of leverage that you can use to keep the misbehaving ones in line. I currently have 3 plates that I rotate and occasionally they will throw disrespectful shit like that at me. Changing plans last minute, flaking, or "forgetting" to reply. when it happens, i simply txt them something along the lines of "that's cool, I'll go with someone else". After which I call up one of the other plates, go out with them, and then put…

Since learning about TRP I've been far more selective of my friends. I look for motivated ambitious people with similar political ideologies. Specifically those that realize you need others to get anywhere in this world. It is hard being judgmental towards my relationships with others, but it has paid off immensely.

if you've got no better prospects then keep her on, but work on getting more options. since you like it rough in bed, use the fact that she forgot the meeting as a reason for some sexual "punishment". Might as well get your rage out before this plate drops.

yeah, for young adults it'll definitely be style over substance. Keep it cool/outrageous and simple. Are you keeping the GLO brand? Also, as a thought for attracting the female crowd. consider getting female sports models to prep/discuss one of their favourite meals. Magazines like cosmo have made bank pandering with kind of content.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bB1_pmOc3zo Do something like this with better scripting and you'll really have something interesting. Also, you should consider adopting an online persona. FPSrussia created a massive following by being a fake russian. https://www.youtube.com/user/FPSRussia Dom from Broscience had been similarly successful https://www.youtube.com/user/BroScienceLife Who is your primary market?

Another thing to consider is that attractive guys close quickly on online dating sites. They will generally transition to offline meetups in far fewer messages than less attractive guys. With that in mind it's not difficult to understand that less attractive males receive more messages from females online. They are desperately trying to negotiate desire through conversation and girls looking for emotional validation will continue to string them along.

Life is about change. Sometimes it's painful. Once you accept that you are the only constant in your life, you'll be happier and open up to experiencing those things again. It takes time to adjust and to process those feelings. It's natural, so just stay cool and work your way through it. Keep reading and digesting material here you find useful, ignore the stuff you don't. You'll find that changes over time. If you feel frustrated, hit the gym. It'll be far more beneficial to you than lashing ou…

A woman wants to be pursued sure, they all do. They all love attention and validation. Whether they end up putting out is another question. You might have different experiences, but I know a lot of guys who've wasted time and effort in trying to sleep with a girl that doesn't want to sleep with them. How hard is it to send a strong text back? That's just the tip of the iceberg. It's the fact that you'll likely be constantly dealing with this kind of resistance. Whether that's worth your time and…

The problem is your story doesn't make much sense... So here you are, with an apparent HB9 that is into you, however instead of escalating you decide that you should go radio silent and ignore her. Either there is something you're not telling us or it''s a bit fucking weird.

The soft next is usually the easy option. It takes a lot of effort to push through to someone that is already throwing up resistance like this. Not only in txt but also in person. She's essentially told OP that she's not that into him and that she still prefers her ex over him. Unless OP can improve on his frame and charisma, this ain't gonna go that well for him.

Invest more time into networking activities. That has been the saving grace in terms of my career advancing. First, treat yourself like a product. Get to know your good selling points and work to improve your bad ones. Confidence is a big one. Plugging away resumes into unrewarding job applications can kill all your confidence in a big way. So make sure you keep your faith in yourself up. Look for networking events. Find out who the industry leaders in your area are. Track them on social media a…

That's why it pays to be tactful about everything you put down in writing, and also why most guys here advocate only txting for logistics. Otherwise stay cool, shrug it off, and carry on as if it didn't happen. If any friends ask, say you got annoyed because it felt like she was using you for support. Furthermore, never explain your reasoning to people unless it's absolutely required. It's like a magician explaining his tricks. Fellow practitioners will be impressed, however the average pleb wil…

5'10 muscular; low bf (185 lbs), blue eyes, 7/10 looks (I think), no tats, dress smart casual: button down shirts/vnecks; suit pants/jeans. Grunge it up if i'm at a metal gig though. I get asians for some reason. fuck knows why. I make eye contact, go over and chat and things just flow easy from there. Most other races I get shit tested no fucking end, so i usually don't bother.

It's not about the dick count as such. Girls that are in LTR mode will likely lie about that number if you ask anyway. What you're looking for is a pattern of behavior. Keep in mind, for girls, sex is easy to get. At least until they start hitting the wall. It's commitment from high value males that they struggle with. What you're looking for is a girl that has a history of valuing commitment over sex when sex was easy for her to get.

This sounds like something that needs professional help. Try find a counselor or mental health professional if you can. From the sounds of it you are seeking validation from your friends. This is usually caused by there being something missing in your life that is leaving you unfulfilled. Hence you are relying on others to fill that need. Accept that most people are selfish and will only think about you if they need you. Either become more useful to people around you or devote your time to somet…

From what I see is this article separates paternity testers into two groups. High confidence and low confidence. High confidence being that paternity is felt to be almost certain and low confidence where there is a suspicion that paternity is not certain. This survey of published estimates of non-paternity suggests that for men with high paternity confidence, non-paternity rates are typically 1.7% Men who have low paternity confidence and have chosen to challenge their paternity through laborato…

Welcome to the sub. There's probably not much of use to you here, since it's intended for a male audience, however it does make for interesting reading. It's probably good for a girl to be aware of these dynamics in relationships too. If you do intend on staying, read the side bar, lurk a bit to get the feel of things and feel free to post any insights or experiences. also don't plug your gender if you do post, that phrase "as a woman" tends to raise hackles here. It's usually easy enough to inf…

Don't rely on girls to approach, they seldom will. Unless you are the main guy in any particular event and you are getting a lot of attention anyway, girls will usually be too afraid of rejection to make a move on you. So instead, do the approaching yourself and gauge what lvl of girls respond. for example, i can pull 7-8's if I go and talk to them. However, I only get 4-5's hitting on me. I'm not a center stage guy, but I've got all my foundation stuff in order. (job, fashion, fitness, game ...…

that's a good start. key thing is in realising that women are different than men (not better or worse), and to stop expecting male psychology from them. That's where a lot of the butthurt on this sub comes from. Have a look at The Manipulated Man by Esther Vilar to get a better understanding of how these differences have led to the current dysfunctional dynamic between the two sexes.

RP offers insights into the mindset of high value males and it uses sexual strategy as a primary motivator, because for most of us sex is a big motivator. However, the social dynamics and mindset are certainly applicable if you don't need the sexual motivation. so to answer your question. On to my question, since TRP is about male sexual strategy and improving yourself to be high SMV as a part of attraction, how can I apply/use TRP? Same way everyone else does. securing romantic intimacy and sex…

I agree with you to a point. OP was acting condescending by chastising her, and as expected it killed the interaction. I get a bit tired of constantly seeing this 'you are the prize' mentality paraded on here. While it is good to have confidence in yourself, it is poor form to feel entitled to preferential treatment without demonstrating your value.

One thing to keep in mind. It is not just your behavior that you need to modify, but also her perception of you. From the sounds of it, she currently sees you as of lower value than herself. This is why if you step out of line, she'll try push you back into the little box that she thinks you belong in. That's why you will get heavy resistance to any of the dominant behavior that's recommended on this sub. To answer your questions. I have been in a LTR where I dropped my dominant position and bec…

Thanks bro. You're right, plenty of guys have had it worse. I was pretty bitter about it for a while. I just couldn't understand how she could drop me like that. This sub has helped explain a lot of things like that. I've come to accept I dropped the ball on that one. It wasn't part of our relationship contract and I shouldn't have expected it to be. Otherwise she was a great girl to be with. So I don't hold that against her anymore.

thanks bro, although honestly she was a pretty amazing girl to be with. Turned my place into a real home, was a great cook and was very loving. Great with kids too. When she saw me broken down like that, it was the first time she had to comfort me and be the 'rock' in the relationship. I think it was just too much for her and she lost the feeling of security she'd gotten from me before that. This sub has helped me open my eyes to a lot of things like this. So I'm grateful its around.

This is really true, and something I've had to learn time and time again. might as well throw in my sad sap story. I had been dating a girl for two years. we'd even moved in together. Throughout the years I was with her I was at the top of my game, great job.. involved in sports, progressing well at the gym. We were deliriously happy together.
