I’ve been in a similar situation, and at some point I realized that my attempts to eliminate her suffering combined with my unwillingness to commit were causing her (and myself) more suffering than just simply tearing off the bandaid

TRP gives us the tools to free ourselves from fairytales, excuses and negativity. What we choose to do with this newfound freedom and power is entirely up to us, and doesn’t inherently interfere with a quest for spirituality (one could argue, in fact, that it creates the space to allow one to happen in the first place).

Thank you! I’ve watched so many videos and no one has explained it this way. #priceless

Thanks fellas. I think I’ve been compromising my form by dropping my chest at the bottom of the squat, because my core is still weak. I’m going to do as suggested and lower the weight on my squats until I strengthen my core better

“Brooding, stoic, misanthropic, depressive...” You answered your own question. Try not to compare yourself to others, but rather, to who you used to be and who you want to become. Maximize your own potential

Good point. It’s honestly more anxiety than anything. I’ve tried two therapist so far. My current one is smart and kind, but doesn’t really offer much as far as solutions.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
