22	Be your own doctor To fix most of your problems you cant rely on a doctor. Doctors are more and more just skimming the govt for money in Europe, and in the US its hard to find one who trully does care. Take ownership if your problems and try to fix shit by yourself, especially mental stuff. This is quite literally the worst advice you can give someone about their health if they have real health problems.
