12	Zeroed Out at 39 OPTION A: You’ll need full custody. The only way to get it is to get her to give it to you or to get courts to deem her as unfit to parent, that is your best option here. Not going to tell you how to do that but that is what to do if you want to not pay her $1K a month. OPTION B: Stick it out and wait for her to remarry. If she remarries then child support will be recalculated. If neither options quite work out for you I suggest downsizing.
