I literally don't view guys over 30-35 as sexual men (im 23). Maybe few famous people are exceptions. I just view them as older people and I always get that childish feeling of someone older more mature like parent or teacher vibe and few times some of them approached with other things in mind I was just baffled. Not true at all. I'm also med student and there are more girls with really high grades (though the best student in entire year is a guy) trying to get into best hospitals or go abroad. There's also been a recent surge in female neurosurgeons in my country. Perhaps it depends on the field, but most girls who study medicine are serious about it, from what I've seen. You're not gonna waste so much time studying and then be stay at home mum.

you can also make babies without using sperm (from two eggs but that child is always female) and women actually have the means to carry that child to term while males don't. Until we make artificial wombs. So for now, it's more realistic to have two women have babies than two men, unless you're rich and pay a surrogate mother.

If someone's good looking and they get job over someone with the same skills but uglier that doesn't mean they've signed up for being sexually exploited. So what if she/he got the job because they were more attractive? Someone using their good looks to get the job isn't different than someone using their social connections (for example daddy in politics) to get the job.

But men dress for women too. When I hang out with my male friends I don't dress up. Nor do I wear make up. But if a guy I like is gonna be there I'm gonna try to look nice so he'll notice me. From what I've seen and heard, guys will dress better when they want to impress a girl, or if they're going out to a place where they'll meet potentially hot girls.
