So, how much you eat is a major component of it. Caloric surplus. You can only get fat if you consume more calories than your body needs to sustain itself on a daily basis. It’s extremely difficult for a lot of people to actually be overweight. Diet is a major part of gaining weight. So, it depends on what you eat and how much you eat. 90% of the population will not have the same diet. 90% of the population will not eat at the same rate.
