This is key, otherwise you will keep looking for covert prostitution relationships. It's not really about offering or doing it's about being and connecting

Agreed, also a good chunk of women will offer sex to the man they like hoping they will commit which may seem as casual sex from the outside but the motivation is actually commitment.

Honestly, when you are losing that much weight you are trying to keep your muscle not increase it, if anything doing recomposition ("turning" fat into muscle) So no, I don't think you can gain that much muscle mass ( I didn't) but I had been hitting the gym for 3 years already and I wasnt looking to gain muscle, just looking leaner. Also regarding increasing your muscle mass, there are specific ways of training that signal muscle growth or just gaining strength. I have trained mostly for strengt…

So the ratio is for every kg you lose 75% is fat and 25% is muscle. If you eat a lot of protein and lift that ratio gets closer to 100% fat tho I don't think so (perhaps 90/10). So 1kg per week is the recommended healthy max amount you should aim to lose. So 6 to 7 weeks give or take depending on your metabolism and many things. I walked 15k steps every day and hit the gym 5 days a week and only ate chicken, potatoes and meat and went from 23 to 19.5% in a month.

It depends how overweight you are. Historically my bf % has been around 15% and 23% and I always had a GF. Granted I looked better at 17% but going below 13% might not be worth it in terms of reward/effort. I'm currently at 19% and I don't have issues getting ladies but I want to get to 13% for the funsies

I started going out more to niche events, not even approaching girls, just going out and the girls in those niche events were more beautiful and SEEMED better quality than the ones on dating apps. So yeah, I'm doubling down on going to those cultural events and becoming a familiar face.

I've got no bio and still get matches but not as many as I'd like. Do you have any examples of a good bio? I guess they will be culturally biased tho (I'm from LatAm)

Maybe being 6'5 is not as important as you think. There are studies that say that after 5'11 you start getting diminishing returns with height (in terms of attraction). Same with being athletic, the sweet spot is somewhere around 12% to 18% bf. Then it's diminishing returns or even becoming niche to certain woman.

Women would rather die alone than to be with a boring man. Fixed it.

In that case I would personally tease her with a "oh like you aren't talking to other dudes". The "You won't find anyone better" line might be too cocky/arrogant and might have been off putting depending on tone. I think this is a case by case basis. Some girls might genuinely not be exploring their options while some others are. I remember talking to a girl who went from 300 followers in IG to 1k in the span of a month, I cut all contact of course. So as always, watch their actions not their wo…

You could do the usual approach girls have like "small d aura" or just shaming them for being insecure or just go full narc and DARVO. Or you could be honest and say "I'm exploring my options like everybody else does".

Some do, some don't. I think you could delete the whole text and just leave "The visceral feeling of adventure" and then I agree.

It was just 30 women, not NYC's whole female populations... so... Sample bias?

I got the same impression. Way too try hard. I think she was definitely into him but he pushed.

Yes, only way to be truly detached is to be avoidant which is an unhealthy attachment style

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
