I would think that of course the children are better off being with their own mother until the High Court Hearing, rather than in foster care. Sorry, the original article does, yes. Further in the comments here, the number of weeks that could be taken was being added up - I was just letting people know that the 18 week government paid leave can be taken by partners too, it is not exclusively for the mother.
