3	Need advice about annoying gossiping woman coworker. I'm a male RN and I learned quickly that because it is a female culture the gossiping is almost entirely normalised. I am abnormal because I don't participate and treat people's invitations to participate like the shit-tests that they are. You can't go meta and try to directly address what is plain to anyone with eyes and ears.
