Wow, nice. I used to suffer from bad AA, and I'm sure this will help a lot of guys out. For me, the breakthrough moment came when I realized all you have to do is say hi and simply walk away and meet other women if it goes poorly.

Never let her break your frame. Don't let her actions affect your ego. Oh, a hot girl is giving you shit? Whatever man. I could be at war or something. That's real chaos. A broad in a tight skirt is not an IED. Simply walk away and find another.

It's your life, do what you want. It sounds like a lot of work to completely absolve these girls from your life. Use that time to better yourself instead. Here's how to deal with them in person: Girl you lost interest in: Hey, how's it going? Cool. (Peace out) Girl who played games with you or annoyed you: (walk right past and treat them like you treat air)

Don't completely write off girls in Alcoholics Anonymous. There are some nice girls in the rooms. The only issue is if you have sex and then you have to see them at the same meeting every week.

It also depends on the venue. Girls at bars and clubs will sometimes try to throw you off by being unresponsive. Fix that by walking away and simply talking to another girl. You can also tease her for this. Are you really getting this across the board? If so, it sounds like you just need some basic conversation skills. Chat up everyone you can (clerks, co-workers). Also, you say you're asking at lot of questions, which rhetorically makes the interaction sound like an interview. Make statements i…

Well you never literally "state" your intentions via official decree or written proclamation. You let a girl know through your behavior and how you handle yourself around her. I'm all about asking a girl quite quickly if she wants to grab a cup of coffee or something - as long as it's casual and it's clear that YOU are evaluating HER and not because you're desperate to get laid and take anything that comes your way. It's important for very attractive girls that you make it clear from the beginni…

This is all you need to know. Work on yourself and the women will follow. Develop a lifestyle where women are just the icing on the cake and you'll never appear desperate or needy. If you have other stuff going on in your life that makes you feel good about yourself, you'll never need a woman to validate your existence.

I do the same thing. I'm selective about who I let into my life and I'm not necessarily a perfectionist; I'm just a man who has high standards because I hold myself in high regard and expect the best in my dating life. There was a time for me when seduction was merely a process of collecting lays. I based my success on how many girls I was fucking, not on the quality of the women I was with. This left me feeling dissatisfied. Additionally, my baldfaced quest for sex resulted in needy behavior th…

You messed up the frame when you said "just ask and you can touch me anywhere you want." That comes across as very desperate, especially because you know nothing about this girl. You have quality options beyond this girl, and you're not necessarily even interested in her. The mindset you want to develop is: "I could have any girl at this party. I don't give out my respect so easily. Let's see if there's a cooler girl around and if not, I'll come back to this one." I'm all about being direct when…

Save a lot of time and money by just going to local bars and clubs and chatting women up. Paying thousands of dollars to overcome approach anxiety will seem absurd when you're on the other side and the thought of embarrassing yourself in front of a woman doesn't faze you whatsoever. Plus most of the material they cover is already freely available online. They have a 100 sets challenge on seddit, and I think that's the best way to get going.

It depends on the context. If you're out at a venue with your friends, shit tests are generally defused by just showing her that they don't affect you. Never break your frame. These are actually a good chance to turn the spotlight back on her if you agree and amplify (i.e. shrug it off, rephrase question so it sounds ridiculous, take her connotation to an absurd level.) If you're dealing with a girl you're interested in beyond a one night fling, maintaing frame is crucial. Be completely honest a…

I think the abundance mentality is the most important concept in seduction. He didn't invent that, but it's one of the centerpieces of The Blueprint. Most of the stuff he mentions in Blueprint is good self-improvement advice that can build anyone's self-esteem. What I like most about him is his acknowledgement that truly attractive men don't need tricks or lines to seduce women. After I watched The Blueprint, I generally stopped reading pick up advice and just read stuff about self-esteem, being…

This is great advice. It doesn't even have to be a date, it can be at some casual gathering (hey, want to come to this party with me?) You weed girls out very quickly this way. If they like you but withhold their time from you (but you're positive they like you from eye contact, b. language etc.), you are dealing with a manipulative woman, and you should just walk away. The other case, a legitimate no, is fine. It happens all the time, and you should be proud that you expressed your interest hon…

I get checked out quite frequently. Assume that for every girl you "catch" checking you, there are two others you didn't. I wouldn't get too bogged down by it; as others have said, assume attraction and good things will come.

I think for a girl, rejection on an approach is not as bad as it can be for guys. If a girl who I'm not really interested comes up to me, I just think oh a friendly person. But when a guy does it to a girl, it can come across as needy/creepy, etc. So, just don't worry about it, move on to the next guy, it's not so bad.

You haven't fully grasped what it means to be Alpha. Your definition of Alpha is ultimately your own, so you need to figure out what you're passionate about in life, what you stand for, and the other core confidence markers that make you an individual human being. Some known Alpha traits are: standing for your principles, protecting your friends and family, staying confident, knowing what you want, willingness to give and receive, and the belief that no single person on this planet is better tha…

It just means you show up to whatever venue you're going to and you give more than you take. That means you are less needy and less validation seeking.

I only use negs when a girl truly deserves it. I know Mystery says to neg 3 times if she's a HB10. But if I'm having a good time with a 10, I'm not going to break rapport just to throw random negs in there. Now, if she's a HB10 and being a bitch, neg away. Also, negs should basically be a backhanded compliment, and not truly mean spirited (unless she's 10 and being bitchy)

If it's not working for you, try something else. There are 3 billion women on Planet Earth, and on any given night a majority of them are not at clubs. I also do best when I converse with a girl, so I have little desire to go to clubs, though when I do I am comfortable enough to dance and pick up. Just have a good time and try to not be a validation seeker. Go there just to dance and relax. Paradoxically, this attracts more girls.

Just say "Would you like to kiss me?" If she says yes, kiss her. If she doesn't say anything, kiss her. If she says no, say "I didn't say that you could." It's a great algorithm that's worked for me consistently.

It's not what you say, but how you say it. Obviously, adjust for a person's intelligence, but try to make your strongest assets for you, not against you. My IQ is very high, but I find ways to incorporate it into my approach without alienating people. Intelligence can often be the backbone of a sharp wit, so utilize that if you can for C&F. Also, you can and should build higher value with it.
