Chicken breast, salmon, sweet potatoes, and brown rice will get you big. Are you doing the 5x5 in the gym? Life heavy and do compound lifts, ie. Squats, Deadlift, Bench, and Barbell Rows. Chin ups and dips after on corresponding days will get your arms huge as well. I wish I found this sub when I was 18. Luckily I still have plenty of time.

I'm incredibly pro UBI. Basically everything that Andrew Yang stands for. So that would essentially be a negative income tax? Capitalism builds wealth better than everything, but it doesn't distribute that wealth even close to fairly. I'm perfectly fine with millionaire shareowners. They took a risk and profited from it. But to live in the world's richest nation we should not have 80 year old grocery clerk's and people sleepy on the literal street. We can do better.

Yup! I view it as Red vs Blue to keep the citizens fighting amongst their selves, while the elites build massive wealth while no one is paying attention.
