I don’t see how these comments are helpful but I’ll just assume you want me to keep lifting! Thanks

Not saying other people aren’t working hard but my job is 100% hard physical labor while most lifters would prefer to have office jobs and then hit the gym with rested bodies.

Thanks man! Can I still run a 6 day PPL? I am overall a very energetic person. My obliques and forearms are absolutely worked during work from all the heavy wood, plywood and crates I have to carry throughout the day. I will work on Calves more though

I made a post about this the other day. Now that you are a man, you are expected to approach and take charge

Yeah I don’t like the idea of being a big blob of mass without being able to run a mile under 6 minutes. I like being fit, healthy and decently sized.

Not tryna humble brag but I feel like the type of person that can work for hours on end and then workout and keep doing activity. My body isn’t telling me to rest so should I listen to my body or just tell my body to stfu and sleep 10 hours?

Not tryna make excuses but I have to wake up at 6am for work everyday and I’m in a heavy labor job. Is 7 hours enough? And yeah I try to make mass gainer shakes a lot

I looked up the top linebackers in the league and I’m seeing 230’s because leagues are looking for guys with quickness over mass. Those linebackers need to catch up to running backs and they can’t do that a 250 pounds of pure mass. And what routine would you suggest for someone like me who isn’t a twig but isn’t big yet.

I’ll try man newb Gains helped a lot and my progress seems to have plateaued a bit. Any advice?

I mean nfl football linebackers are like 230 at 6’’1 and they train for a living so I’d be content with 220. What routine are you following though cause I’m interested if your 250 and lean bro

The thing is I’m not really focused on women right now as I’m focusing on getting into my dream college, working out and sports. I was just wondering why the approaches have gone down since I’ve gotten significantly bigger.

I’ll just say “I’d love to cuddle” and then escalate from there. Damn my bio is more offensive than that let’s see if I get banned.

Actually I downloaded tinder 15 minutes ago with a shirtless tool pic and that’s working better but thanks bro 😂. Man these girls are thirsty for a “cuddle buddy” during these cold months and then whore out all summer

Agreed. I’m not going to college thinking “how many lays can I get.” I’m going there so I can make good money and retire early.

Thanks for the reply man! I will try to get into a frat but I have no idea what a good frat requires of incoming freshmen.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
