Not Mr. soyface having the audacityI always thought men rating women was some kind of myth until I got to college and realized how common it is. I’m lucky to know a lot of guys who aren’t like this, but I’m still absolutely disgusted at the number of guys who participate in this! It’s literally just like a hobby for them! I’ve never even heard a woman try to ‘rate’ a guy in casual conversation, but I heard guys do it (thanks to thin dorm walls) relatively frequently. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 26/09/20 08:24 PM
Men hating astrology and tarot, ect.I don’t like it, but I don’t go out of my way to explain that to anyone (unless asked directly). I don’t think it’s a problem if men don’t like it, but the ones who are super vocal about their dislike are generally misogynistic or just arrogant. I once saw a funny meme that went something like “does this man hate astrology or just women?” | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 26/09/20 04:17 PM

Local man can't handle the fact his girlfriend is smarter than himI wonder which online test he used to determine that lol | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 25/09/20 01:58 AM
Scrubs: Does anyone else hate Turk and Carla's relationship?Yes! On most tv shows there will be tons of very average looking men but an inordinate amount of extremely attractive women. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 22/09/20 06:44 PM
Myers Briggs/OCEAN Test Anyone?I think the test can be somewhat useful, but it really relies on the person taking it to answer honestly about themselves, which most people suck at. I’m INTP-T, and while I do think I could be more assertive and self assured, I think part of my personality is questioning my own ideas and never really taking anything as certain. I definitely value logic (esp consistency), but that means that I’m also aware of the limits of logic. I don’t judge other people for their beliefs. I enjoy the test for… | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 22/09/20 06:41 PM
Is this too much?I barfed, but I’d also describe myself as somewhat closed off. I would neither want to give nor receive this | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 22/09/20 02:47 AM
I hate the fact men think, they gave us the right. Like do they have a brain? You can’t ‘give’ rights to anyone. That’s the point of rights. And so many of them still don’t understand | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 16/09/20 08:52 AM
The problem with liberal feminism and "sex positivity" aka selling your self online when people say "it isnt hurting anyone" when in reality these people are hurting other women by proxy. -Thoughts?Absolutely. And that’s why I was hesitant to mention it. We should take the best standards and apply them to everyone. I do think though that when women are responsible for changing their behavior, they will almost always lose. We have to ask men to change their behavior, not women. At the same time, women are also responsible for reinforcing the patriarchy, and we shouldn’t let them get away with that either. And we know those in power won’t just give it up (in this case men), so expecting them… | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 16/09/20 12:36 AM
The problem with liberal feminism and "sex positivity" aka selling your self online when people say "it isnt hurting anyone" when in reality these people are hurting other women by proxy. -Thoughts?I would never claim that these women are “contributing to feminism” in any way, but I think it’s worth noting that the only true way to achieve gender equality is to place the same expectations on men (I think this is problematic though because I hate being objectified and would never want to put that on someone else). I once read a quote by a women’s studies professor who asserted that the only solution (that would actually mean equality) to women being forced to wear bras is to force men to we… | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 15/09/20 01:18 AM
Is trying to be friends with a girl always bad or is that how a relationship might start? This. I don’t think starting with a more friendly relationship is bad, but keep it flirty/not too deep (so your intentions are clear). It’s really clear when someone is just trying to be friends because they want something else, and it comes off as completely inauthentic and sleazy | /r/seduction | 29/08/20 05:04 PM
