1	To Men that are confused by different opinions of the typical alpha male thoughts. Thing about reality, it doesn't change whether we discuss it or not. Alpha/Beta is an ancient dichotomy, that existed long before internet. I personally see many women casually using it. Old people leaving in the middle of nowhere using it in different parts of the world. (I love spending time in indigenous communities) I used to get a very cringy vibe from people who use these terms.
