You got this, brother! Everything will be alright, just get out of your head, and don't let negative thoughts overtake. If it's over with your wife, stonewalling and no contact are the way to go. They can't be fixed. I repeat - they can't be fixed. She is who she is and she will do what she did, again and again. Kids will be alright, don't worry about them. Mark my words- she WILL try to come back to you sooner or later. It's up to you to make up your mind and see for yourself what the right dec…

If you look at things from a more stoic perspective and not react to negative things, that is when it does not hurt at all, you just accept all outcomes with dignity and view what happens as experience rather than something that is hurting you or that you've lost something. Thanks for sharing your story here. I was in a similar situation. Never lost hope, did not give up. Never pushed for anything. Not going to get your hopes up but you did a good thing with realizing your mistakes. You're doing the right thing with holding your tongue when she gets hit on while you're out with the kids. What worked for me is that after I genuinely realized my mistakes, I did speak to her about all of my mistakes even though she had a short rebound, I did not give up and admitted a…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
