This is 100% just an opinion and from my experience. There is a massive difference vs. Catholics and Protestants. I have never been involved with the Catholic Church so I cannot comment on those. In my opinion, the "Church of Christ" denomination is among the most hypocritical/stringent. I have never been around more gossipping people than those from that denomination. Now, I live in the South, so my views are also slanted from that bias.

You are thinking of King Solomon. Yes, that is correct. He was a King of Israel. You will find in the Old Testament that monogamy was not really a concept. Interesting.

This is just my experience as a devout Christian and growing up in church for several decades. There are three types of women in church. Devout Christians (5%) Recovering Sinners (10%) - people with an addiction (drugs, sex, porn) who are legitimately trying to change. We are all sinners, after all. I think that is a good suggestion. However, there are a few areas where most people disagree with Dave Ramsey. He is excellent for anyone who is struggling with debt. However, once you get to his investing advice, there are better people to learn from IMO. I think having information from various online "experts" is the best way to go.
