I did a chicken and brocoli diet while lifting heavy in the military during my downtime. I got huge and shredded. 2	Forced to Take Redpill? The best way of fitting into society is to watch reruns of everybody loves raymond, while sitting on your ass every single night. People don't like those who "fit into society", because our society has turned into a cesspool of entitled, lazy, weak-minded individuals. Go to the gym and find activities that will get you outside. 9	TRP works, even on day 1. I turn 26 in a month. I hit depression around age 21, and came out of it around 24. The past few years have been amazing for me. I totally agree with your post, but have something to add. For me, alcohol was one of the main contributors to a downward spiral. I abused it, and my physical and mental health suffered.
