This is why I basically just do squats, bench and weighted pullups 2 or 3 times a week and get on with my life. It works. I'm busy. I look and feel 10x better than before I started a couple years ago. Maybe I could look and feel 12x better if I stepped it up but I just can't be giving 110% in every aspect of life 100% of the time like that and enjoy myself and have time for everything.

I'm 30. You're right that going out every weekend is a waste of money. I don't really go out anymore however when i am on my deathbed i will look back EXTREMELY fondly of most the times i did go out, all the fun i had, and all the women i did in fact go home with. It wasn't extremely common but it certainly happened many times. I would never advocate for somebody to deny themselves these experiences.

I can relate to this and it's happened several times. Sometimes i get in these situations where the thought that I'm responsible for making the sex amazing starts to creep into my head. If i can't suppress it (i usually can't) and let myself get into the moment it's all over.
