This is 100% weaponized incompetence and has nothing to with "confidence". She has allowed him to not plan date nights so he doesn't. Forcing him to plan 3 means he can't get away with intentionally choosing something he knows she'll hate and not needing to do the date night at all. One man's opinion but from what was described here he's just realized that he doesn't have to so he doesn't.

Honestly, asking the group usually works out fine. If there's 4 or 5 women at a bar, one of them has mentioned she's tryna get dicked down. You don't know which one said it, but they do. After you do your introductions "I've been told I'm a terrible dancer, who wants to prove my mom wrong?"

I'm certain they can recoup decades of income plus hardship from... a crackhead. If you read more about the story, she's totally unreliable and only testified because the DA forced her to. The case was almost 100% based on her testimony and at least one of the dudes had alibis.

You could meet in the middle and appoint them for xx years? Most first world countries do it that way and I don't hear many articles. The only concern is that the judiciary effectively becomes a branch of whatever organization appoints them. Which would mean the best way to do it would have a panel of judges appoint new judges. But that means the judiciary reports to no one and we can debate the merits.

Boys, though, have been left behind. No commensurate movement has emerged to help them navigate toward a full expression of their gender. It’s no longer enough to “be a man” — we no longer even know what that means. Referring to advocating that men should be allowed to have emotions and healthy ways to express themselves as "claptrap" is kind of the point of the article though.
