You don't know where he is at the start of the clip, he's not dressed for the weather, and looks like he's wearing black nitrile gloves. It's totally possible he's just a random worker from whatever bar/restaurant they where fighting in front of who came out when they saw two people in an altercation.

Not in Florida, the state would automatically press domestic violence charges

It's not just my view point it's the law in my state

Not in my state it matters who initiated the encounter. In cases where this can't be determined but one side still wants to press charges then both parties are brought up on rape charges.

Because it's a good way to ensure you never get accused of rape in a situation where according to the start you committed rape

Fuck that she deserves to be publicly shamed

Well neither party can technically consent in that situation but the party that initiated the encounter is considered guilty. Morale of the story is if you want to be save never have sex with someone who has been drinking anything at all (we all know people won't do this tho)

Tbh this isn't a women thing this is a selfish asshole thing. Way to many people nowadays have this idea that "rules are great they keep others inline but they should not apply to me!" This type of toxic behavior is becoming more and more common

There is adoption and even safe haven laws that state women can leave a child at a fire station, police station, or hospital no questions asked. But no such alternative exists for men.

Yup it's your privilege to be victimized and force to support your attacker. Now you remember that. /S

It's far harder to start a page based on an interesting topic or good personality than it is to start one based on T&A

Punching someone isn't appropriate getting angry with them for making lewd gestures at them is.

The main medical condition that comes to mind is Phimosis where the foreskin becomes too tight around the penis to the point that it is impossible to retract and very painful

Eh while I think they way they do circumcision in America is messed up, most often they do it before even getting full consent or shame parents who say no into giving consent. But I don't really think it should be banned entirely. There are medical conditions that are alleviated by male circumcision. There are no medical conditions that are alleviated by female circumcision, in fact the only health benefits are a slightly higher resistance to certain STDs.

Overraction yes but that dance looks like your humping the air she may have though he was doing that like he was humping her. Again not that this is appropriate but I could understand it if she though he was prentending to have sex with her.

If this ever happens to you again speak with a bouncer or go to the bar and ask to speak with a supervisor. Have your GF come with you and have her back you up with how this has made you both feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. If they say we can't do anything. Tell them you'll never been back and let everyone you know that club is a prowling ground for predators. They'll sort that behavior out real fast.

They'd probably congratulate me lol since the girl was pretty attractive. It just want a big deal to me since I didn't really feel hurt by it or anything.

Idk why this reminded me of something from HS. When I was a freshman this girl who was a senior grabbed my crotch one day when I was walking down the hall. I didn't really think anything of it she didn't say anything to me before and after either. I didn't go to the school either cause I didn't feel it was a big deal. But holy shit if the genders where reversed that would be a guy who gets expelled, has their college acceptance rescinded, and would have to finish up HS the next year during night…

I have spoken to her lots in class. I guess it's just I have never asked a girl out before and I don't have anyone to talk to about this kind of stuff.

Yeah I'm starting to think a lot of girls don't really take it seriously at all, or at least the ones I match with. I'm not looking for a relationship or anything long term but I guess the only pics I have of myself are kinda boring. A lot of the girls that don't respond don't even unmatch me so I'm thinking they just don't use tinder that often.

Word I'm definitely going to use your advice to scope out some bars around me. I work in the hospitality industry so when I'm at work I talk to strangers all the time. And I usually have a conversation beyond what's necessary to do my job. Idk for some reason I have trouble transitioning that skill over but it's def something I'm going to work or any other areas. I've been trying to talk more withy he girls in my classes and so far so good. Too bad I'm graduating in a month

Any tips for going out solo? Right now Live in a college town but I'm in a situation where I'm not near any of my friends.

Thanks man! I'm definitely one of those guys that tries and shoot the shit about random stuff without a real conversational direction.

What's the best place to try an pick up girls then?

Didn't anyone tell them it's literally been deemed illegal by the Supreme Court that you cannot have racial or gender quotas. Also you cannot make race or gender part of the job requirement unless it's a bonafide reason, for example you could make being a women a requirement if your hiring for a women's restroom attendant. This whole this is an equal opportunity employment commission lawsuit waiting to happen.

At least it was only about the newspaper publishing your name lol

I clear it up later on. A dude from Florida who lives in my APT complex told me this one day out in the smoking Gazeb.

Your right it's weird why Florida papers tend to not publish the accused name this is usually attributed to their open state government. But that doesn't make sense to me it seems like access to more info would cause the accused's name to get out.
/r/MensRights18/12/17 08:21 PM

Errr you know in Florida the papers can't publish your name hence the whole Florida man thing. So you really think that anyone accused of rape should have their name plastered all of the news and social media.

But he would only receive compensatory damage meaning they will only pay out the cost of damages he can prove. If it where punitive then the pay out would be much higher as a deterrent.

It's the price I'm willing to pay Fuck I should call up vogue and alleged that she sexually assaulted me and demand she lose her job. And also I would tell them I'm not comfortable filing a police report

Yeah she was. What I'm getting at is queens didn't just wage war because they could and losing a war could very well get you killed even if you don't fight. But fine how about Bodiccia? She lead the Icini people in a successful revolt against the romans in Britain even sacking what is today the city of London. Her rebellion ended when she was caught and flogged to death. Or what about the Trung sisters of Vietnam? They lead the Vietnamese people in a successful revolt against the Chinese empire.…

Eh Queen Elizabeth I made appearances with her army most famously while defending against the Spanish Armada. I'd wager it had more to do with female rulers needing to prove themselves as strong competent leaders. One way to do that is crush your enemies. Elizabeth I faced many challenges to her power through out her rule from both internal and external sources.

Why didn't the man who was trying to help push for assault charges against the father?
/r/MensRights27/06/17 11:13 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
