I put timers on all my social apps. At a minimum I have more awareness of how much I've spent on each during the day and try to minimize it. I.e. I just got a "you have 10 minutes left" on reddit notification

After a date, on occasion, I've politely asked what it was that she wasn't 'vibing' with. I.e. a girl once told me there wasn't enough banter. Which was very insightful to me. Then I just said thanks and left it. There is no reason to keep talking to her. I did it because I thought the date went well so I was just curious how I could improve for next time.
