If the intent was to cause harm, and ended up with accidental death, i feel it's pretty accurate. The only difference is that she tricked and swayed the third party into beating/murdering the man instead of paying for it. For them i agree it's different, but for her the intent was clear all along. To harm the man.

Well, not really. They were found guilty of premeditated murder, something that is always punished harshly. Note that the 18 year old girl who pointed out the innocent boy to the vigilante gang faces no punishment at all. Moral of the story, sadly, is that you still can make false accusations and get away with it, even when it leads to murder. And this being england and all, a life sentence is maybe 15 years. They won't even be gray haired when they are released.

What you are saying is that men's rights should not be addressed before women's. This is a very flawed reasoning. "many of them do not accept that women are significantly the underprivileged sex" because they address issues where men are the underprivileged sex. Somehow it's impossible for some to fathom that men can be discriminated against.

Well it's a form of corruption up here. There is all sorts of this going on. After the breivik terror, there was a "council" that pretty much spend a whole lot of money to conclude "ban all weapon". Paid by tax payers of course. When people get in places of power, they channel tax payer money into these councils, where their friends reap the benefits. Rarely anything productive happens in these councils, and even rarer they have any real influence.

I think it's important to point out that this woman is not representative for norwegian politics. Anyone is free to make a proposal, as is this femnist group. This is not something the government has sanctioned or aproved in any way or form. It will not be approved either. It is merely a cry for attention, blown up in the media because people like to read about sensationalism.

I think you confuse pedophilia and sex with a minor, who can be two completely different things. It's pretty sad to see just how obscured words and definitions can be after prolonged media scares and propaganda. Pedophilia: Physical attraction to prepubescent children. It's not illegal. there is no such thing as an "act of pedophilia", unless you count lust as one. Sex with minors however is a crime, the age depends on where you live in the world, and the perpetrator may or may not be a pedophil…

When we are alleging a person lied about rape they have a presumption of innocence and the burden of proof (should be) on the person claiming they were defamed/the-state. Are you saying that any person should be able to publicly claim any person raped them, and that is OK as long as the alleged offender can not prove otherwise?
