What the hell is even number 11??? Your wife/girlfriend of course doesn’t want to be intimate with you if she’s upset with you??? That’s not manipulation - that’s a human being with feelings. What the hell is wrong with you?

Pick someone you actually like character wise instead of being shallow and looking for outer appearance. Be nice to your wife, don’t divorce her. If you do get a divorce take the custody of your children and look after them.
