Nearly 5 Million Americans in Default on Student LoansIts not good for anyone, including MGTOWs. The weight shifts to people that work and takes away from future benefits of social security. | /r/MGTOW | 14/12/17 07:40 AM
What the fuck is wrong with American women?this is 100% true. She is basically shit testing bohemialad. Probably to see how her emotions can control him. Him leaving the dinner early. Also she is leveraging Americans girl behavior to make herself look innocent. Basically bohamialad is an idiot. | /r/MGTOW | 14/10/17 10:09 AM
Advice on LTR's flirting with a guy on the side. Confronted, eventually stopped, mostly....next move?I would start a downgrade to a plate process, this is your best bet to make rational choices. The other issue, and I get this i was/am in similar situation. You shouldn't give a fuck what she does, but you do. This is a golden opportunity to practice abundance mentality. The ultimate problem here is not her, its you, you'll have to work to not care. | /r/askTRP | 10/03/16 05:40 AM
How do I become fun and cool without drinking?Qutting drinking? Quitting is a beta trade, Alpha are not quitters. /s I was in the same boat as you 2 months ago. I stopped drinking on October 26th, after a 4 day binge. Not a drop of alcohol since then. What people are said are generally what I experienced in last two months. You are who you are and you will learn to be who you are sober sooner than you think. Its only natural. With that said you will realize that every time you have gone out to have fun was to drink because the drinking was … | /r/askTRP | 03/01/16 09:10 AM
You don't have to lift to be fit, but...I am about 30% body fat. When I dropped to 210lb I was around 18%. Some muscle definition. I have broad shoulders so I liked that looked, but wouldn't mind this time to have a bit more muscles. So do you suggest going to 315 on squats before I move to higher reps? | /r/TheRedPill | 29/12/15 06:46 PM
You don't have to lift to be fit, but...I am 6'2 240lb. Quit drinking and smoking 2 months ago and started 5x5, though not new to lifting, I started with lowest weights. Last time I did 160 squats, 160 bench, 225 dead lift, 100 overhead and 130 row. I only failed bench two times doing this. I do not really want to get past 225 squats and everything else, and I do not want to get bigger, I want to look like OP, defined muscles and low body fat. Would reaching 225 on 5x5, and switching to low weight more reps + Keto type diet be the bes… | /r/TheRedPill | 29/12/15 08:59 AM
For those of you that actually have a clean diet.. About how long of healthy eating did it take you before it became easy and habitual?Three years ago I did Dukan diet with great success. After 3 months I went from 240+ down to 210, and that includes drinking lots of alcohol on weekends. Needless to say I gained it all back this summer due to some personal issues. I started the diet again, this time with help of ECA stack minus the A. It keeps me from being hungry and I was able to get into this diet much easier. Note I think my success with Dukan was because I believe I have some intolerance to food. Gluten/Sugar/Salt, I am no… | /r/askTRP | 20/11/15 01:39 AM
