That's the problem with our culture. We find everuthing insulting/mean. Dude I'd prefer a little roast than just an awkward silence from everyone at the table & then having to leave. My insult probably broke his heart and he might never recover from it. But everyone on the table knew that I was kidding and I ended up drinking a shot with him. I guess next time I'll just stay quiet and let the dude awkwardly leave.
