What I’m surprised that I’m not seeing is how couples do not split bills and such up based on how much they earn. If a partner is willing to pay for everything that is their choice. I do agree that expecting a partner to pay for everything is a bit excessive. But consider this- Hypothetically, say I only make $2k a month and my partner makes $6k.
