0	How much of a killer with the ladies is acne? I had acne all through high school. ANyone who tells you acne doesnt hurt your chances with women has never had it. It doesnt destroy your chances of course but it doesn't help. Do whatever you need to do to get rid of it. I had my doctor prescribe me a cream to put on daily and i cleared up completely in a month.
