Arranged marriages are different and happen all over the world. I haven’t really looked up the statistics about forced marriage because I think they would be really depressing. In the uk Hairdressers are actually trained to use a straight razor as well, the difference here is that hairdressers aren’t trained in all the different ‘men’s styles’ although a lot of ladies cuts use the same techniques. We are obviously trained in perms, hair dying and advanced colour corrections, hair extensions and styling. There’s a lot (in the uk) more to do to be able to pass.
