There is no evidence or context (I've read the original post in Spanish and found nothing ) that she did hit herself in order to falsely acuse him. Maybe she does that (knowing that she is being recorded?) or maybe she is just hurting herself like crazy people (or people suffering a mental breakdown) sometimes do.
