1	Facts are facts! That's just really not how soldiering works. The best soldier isn't necessarily the one who maxes the pt test. There's so much more to it than that. A guy can max the PT test and still not be able to carry a guy out of a burning building. The PT tests are a very rough estimate of muscle strength. Your testing like triceps, abs(more like hip flexors) and cardio(kind of). Important things! But a fraction of the whole picture. 4	Don't be fat and obese. You are men after all. Obviously does not necessarily work for everybody or some will have a harder time than others getting the ball moving but for many others, little exercise everyday really is all you need.
